First, lets see where you signed up. Unfortunately, there is more than one database involved with this site, and yes, to use the various features, you must sign up for them separately. The Blog section and the Forum uses the same database, but the Hosting Portal is separate, so let’s make sure that you have registered in the right place.

To keep Spammers away, the Blog and Forum require you to have a Hosting account, and each registration to the Blog/Forum, will require admin approval to verify that you are a Hosting account holder. This is for your protection, and keeps the junk out, so that you won’t get any misleading information or links to sites that you really don’t want to see. We welcome our members to post links to sites that they find useful and might like to share with others, but, please, no SPAM.

Ok, lets see what you have done.

1. Did you register at the Hosting Portal?
2. Did you Contact Us about your Hosting Needs?
3. Did you select a Hosting Plan?
4. Did you need to register a NEW domain name? Or Search for one here?
5. Did you select to Transfer an existing Domain?
6. Did you select to update your existing nameservers?
7. Have you put a budget together for theme customization?
   
8. Did you Confirm your order, making sure everything is correct?
9. Did you read the Terms of Service (TOS) and agree to them?
10. Did you Complete your order and Check Out with PayPal?

If you have done all of that, you will be getting a series of emails that let you know the status of your order along with a welcome email containing your cPanel login information.

At this point, assuming that you have been in contact with us, we will install WordPress for you, then, depending on what you have decided about customization, we will begin the work installing and modifying your theme, during this time, visitors to your site will see an “Under Construction” page, but you will see what is going on, the good the bad and the ugly, it is a bit like making sausage, it is not always pretty, since changes to code can make alignments and such move around, you may not want to watch the outside of your new site going through these changes, but, the inside will be just fine and you may start adding content if you wish, but you can wait, we will let you know when the site is ready.

Depending on the source of your theme, and whether it is a FREE theme though WordPress.org or an outside developer, the code may not be written in a manner that is “suitable” for us to customize, yes, they may purposely do this to make modifications as difficult as possible so that you pay them to do it, but, the core WordPress code stays the same, it is just the theme code that would be the issue.
