The theme customization is done by WildWebDesigner.com, another division of BustinLooseMedia.com, but payments for that are also done through the same billing department here, this is so that you have only one place to go to take care of all of your website, domain and hosting needs. Don't let that confuse you, yes, we do domain name registrations, and you may transfer it to us, but, if you have purchased your domain name elsewhere, you may keep it there if you are happy with them, just point your nameservers to us, and your site will be online, and remember, if you currently have a site hosted elsewhere, and we build you a new one here, from the time you change the nameservers, it can take some time for the change to propagate throughout the internet, sometimes it only takes a couple of hours, sometimes it takes longer, so just be patient when you do this, and you will find more details in the knowledge base.
